Welcome to Car Wash 2GO II LLC, operating as Car Wash 2GO! (“Car Wash 2GO!”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our mobile car detailing, hand car wash, and in-shop services (collectively, the “Services”), our website located at mycarwash2go.com (the “Site”), and any communications or interactions with us. By booking a service, using the Site, or providing your contact information to us, you (“Customer”, “you”, or “your”) acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Our Services consist of mobile car detailing and in-shop services, which may include washing, waxing, detailing, polishing, engine cleaning, headlight restoration, ceramic coating, and other related services as requested by the Customer. We will provide these Services at the location specified by the Customer, such as home, work, or our shop location.

2. Booking and Scheduling

Services must be scheduled in advance through our booking system, by phone, or through other channels we make available. Appointments are subject to availability and may be rescheduled or canceled by Car Wash 2GO! for reasons including weather, safety, mechanical issues, or scheduling conflicts. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any changes.

You are responsible for being available at the scheduled time and providing safe access to the vehicle. If we are unable to perform the Service due to your unavailability, lack of vehicle access, unsafe conditions, or inaccurate information provided, a cancellation or trip fee may apply.

3. Payment

Payment for Services is due at the time of Service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods we make available. Prices may vary based on location, type of vehicle, condition of the vehicle, add-on services, and other factors, and we reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Any applicable taxes and fees will be added to the total.

Recurring subscription plans, if offered and accepted, will bill automatically on the schedule and amount agreed to at signup. You may cancel a subscription at any time by contacting us at appointment@mycarwash2go.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Customer Obligations

The Customer agrees to:

• Provide accurate information regarding the vehicle, service address, and Services requested
• Provide safe and reasonable access to the vehicle, including any necessary keys, security codes, or gate access
• Remove personal belongings, valuables, and any items of significant value from the vehicle prior to Service
• Disclose any pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, aftermarket modifications, or sensitive equipment prior to Service
• Ensure water and electrical access is available where required for mobile services

5. SMS/Text Message Communications

Car Wash 2GO II LLC sends SMS/text messages only to customers who have provided express written consent by actively checking a consent box on one of our website forms. Consent boxes are not pre-checked. We do not add anyone to our SMS program solely because they provided a phone number.

Consent: Text message consent is not a condition of any purchase. We offer two separate consent options.

By checking the transactional consent box, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Car Wash 2GO II LLC including appointment confirmations, service reminders, and review requests.

By checking the marketing consent box, you separately agree to receive occasional marketing and promotional messages from Car Wash 2GO II LLC, including special offers, discounts, and promotional updates.

Checking one box does not enroll you in the other, and you may check either, both, or neither.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your engagement with our services and any promotions we may run.

Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.

Opt-Out: You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you opt out, you will receive a confirmation message and will not receive further marketing text messages. You may still receive transactional messages, such as appointment confirmations, if you have an active service scheduled.

No Sharing of Mobile Information: Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors that support our services, such as customer service platforms or messaging providers, is permitted only as necessary to deliver the messages you have consented to receive. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services.

Age Restriction: You must be at least 18 years of age to consent to receive SMS messages from Car Wash 2GO II LLC. By checking a consent box, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older.

Carrier Disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Use of Artificial Intelligence and Automated Communications

Car Wash 2GO! may use artificial intelligence (AI) and automated tools to enhance customer experience, including generating responses to customer reviews, sending automated appointment reminders and confirmations, delivering personalized marketing communications, and providing initial customer support. Where AI is used to generate customer-facing content, we maintain reasonable oversight of the outputs.

AI-generated communications are intended to enhance service delivery and are not used to make significant automated decisions that legally or similarly affect you. If you wish to request a human review of any automated communication you have received or have questions about our use of AI, please contact us at appointment@mycarwash2go.com.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

Car Wash 2GO! will use reasonable care and skill in providing the Services. However, the Services are provided “as is” and we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the results of the Services, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Car Wash 2GO! shall not be liable for:

• Damage to vehicles resulting from pre-existing conditions, aftermarket modifications, worn or damaged trim, decals, paint imperfections, rust, or mechanical issues not disclosed prior to Service
• Damage to or loss of personal property left inside the vehicle
• Water intrusion into vehicles with damaged seals, aftermarket components, or manufacturer defects
• Loss of use of the vehicle during or after Service
• Delays, cancellations, or interruptions caused by weather, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind

In no event shall Car Wash 2GO!’s total liability to you exceed the amount paid by you for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

8. Damage Claims

Any claim for damage resulting from a Service must be reported to Car Wash 2GO! in writing at appointment@mycarwash2go.com within forty-eight (48) hours of Service completion. Claims reported after this period will not be considered. Photographic documentation of the alleged damage must accompany the claim. Car Wash 2GO! reserves the right to inspect the vehicle before authorizing any repair or reimbursement.

9. Indemnification

The Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Car Wash 2GO!, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Services; (b) any information you provided to us that was inaccurate or incomplete; (c) your breach of these Terms; (d) any personal property left in the vehicle; or (e) any pre-existing condition of the vehicle not disclosed to us prior to Service.

10. Termination

Car Wash 2GO! reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate Services to any Customer at any time, with or without cause, including for reasons of safety, non-payment, abusive conduct toward staff, or failure to comply with these Terms. Upon termination, the Customer remains responsible for any amounts due for Services provided prior to termination.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including logos, text, images, graphics, and marketing materials, is the property of Car Wash 2GO! or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of this content without our express written permission.

12. Service Providers

Delivering our Services may involve service providers acting on our behalf, including booking platforms, payment processors, and messaging providers. These providers receive only the information necessary to perform their function and are not permitted to use it for any other purpose. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are shared with messaging providers only as necessary to deliver the messages you have consented to receive.

13. Changes to These Terms

Car Wash 2GO! reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, in our sole discretion. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Alabama, and both parties consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

The parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue mediation before initiating formal legal proceedings.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Car Wash 2GO! regarding the use of the Services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
