Wherever possible, we want to communicate openly and directly with each and every user of our mobile car detailing and hand car wash services and related services (the “Services”).

This Privacy Policy sets forth Car Wash 2GO!‘s policy with respect to personally identifiable data (“Personal Data”) and other information that is collected from our customers and website visitors.

SMS/TEXT MESSAGE PROGRAM NOTICE

Car Wash 2GO II LLC operates an SMS/text messaging program. By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive text messages including appointment confirmations, service reminders, review requests, promotional offers, and support communications. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are NOT shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may only be shared with subcontractors that support message delivery (such as messaging service providers), and only as necessary to deliver the messages you have consented to receive.

COLLECTION AND USE OF YOUR INFORMATION

When you interact with us through the Services, we may collect Personal Data and other information from you, and use such information, as further described below:

Personal Data That You Provide Through the Services: We collect Personal Data from you when you voluntarily provide such information, such as when you book a service, contact us with inquiries, provide feedback, or otherwise use our Services. Wherever Car Wash 2GO! collects Personal Data from you, we make an effort to provide a link to this Privacy Policy. Car Wash 2GO! uses the Personal Data you provide in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy. If you provide Personal Data for a certain reason, we may use the Personal Data in connection with the reason for which it was provided. If you provide Personal Data in order to schedule a service, we will use your Personal Data to fulfill and communicate about your appointment.

If you provide Personal Data to us, you acknowledge and agree that such Personal Data may be transferred from your current location to the offices and servers of Car Wash 2GO! and the authorized third parties referred to herein located in The United States.

Other Information:
Non-Identifiable Data: When you interact with Car Wash 2GO! through the Services, we receive and store certain personally non-identifiable information. Such information, which is collected passively using various technologies, cannot presently be used to specifically identify you. Car Wash 2GO! may store such information itself or such information may be included in databases owned and maintained by our affiliates, agents or service providers. The Services may use such information and pool it with other information to track, for example, the total number of visitors to our Site, the number of visitors to each page of our Site, and the domain names of our visitors’ Internet service providers. It is important to note that no Personal Data is available or used in this process.

SMS/TEXT MESSAGE COMMUNICATIONS

By providing your mobile phone number to Car Wash 2GO II LLC (“Car Wash 2GO!“), you consent to receive SMS/text messages from us related to your service, including appointment confirmations, reminders, service updates, review requests, promotional offers, and customer support communications.

Consent: Text message consent is not a condition of any purchase. When you provide your mobile number during booking, when you check the SMS opt-in box on a form, or when you text us directly, you are opting in to receive text messages from Car Wash 2GO!.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your engagement with our services and any promotions we may run.

Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.

Opt-Out: You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you opt out, you will receive a confirmation message and will not receive further marketing text messages. You may still receive transactional messages (such as appointment confirmations) if you have an active service scheduled.

No Sharing of Mobile Information: Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors that support our services (such as customer service platforms or messaging providers) is permitted only as necessary to deliver the messages you have consented to receive. All other categories of use exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

USE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND AUTOMATED TECHNOLOGIES

Car Wash 2GO! may use artificial intelligence (AI) and automated tools in delivering the Services, including generating responses to customer reviews, sending automated appointment reminders, and creating personalized marketing communications. Where AI is used to generate customer-facing content, we maintain reasonable oversight of the outputs.

Personal Data provided to Car Wash 2GO! is not sold or licensed to third parties for the purpose of training AI models. AI-generated communications are intended to enhance customer experience and are not used to make significant automated decisions that legally or similarly affect you.

AGGREGATED PERSONAL DATA

CHILDREN
