SMS/TEXT MESSAGE PROGRAM NOTICE

Car Wash 2GO II LLC operates an SMS/text messaging program. We send text messages only to customers who have provided express written consent by actively checking a consent box on one of our website forms. Consent boxes are not pre-checked, and consent is not a condition of purchase. Providing a phone number alone does not enroll you in text messages.

Two separate consent options are offered. Transactional consent covers appointment confirmations, service reminders, and review requests. Marketing consent separately covers special offers, discounts, and promotional updates. Message frequency varies. Msg and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are NOT shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services.

INTRODUCTION

Car Wash 2GO II LLC, operating as Car Wash 2GO! (“Car Wash 2GO!”, “we”, “us” and/or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. Wherever possible, we want to communicate openly and directly with each and every user of our mobile car detailing and hand car wash services and related services (the “Services”).

This Privacy Policy sets forth Car Wash 2GO!’s policy with respect to personally identifiable data (“Personal Data”) and other information that is collected from our customers and website visitors.

COLLECTION AND USE OF YOUR INFORMATION

Personal Data That You Provide Through the Services: We collect Personal Data from you when you voluntarily provide such information, such as when you book a service, contact us with inquiries, provide feedback, or otherwise use our Services. Wherever Car Wash 2GO! collects Personal Data from you, we make an effort to provide a link to this Privacy Policy. Car Wash 2GO! uses the Personal Data you provide in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy. If you provide Personal Data for a certain reason, we may use the Personal Data in connection with the reason for which it was provided. If you provide Personal Data in order to schedule a service, we will use your Personal Data to fulfill and communicate about your appointment.

Non-Identifiable Data: When you interact with Car Wash 2GO! through the Services, we receive and store certain personally non-identifiable information. Such information, which is collected passively using various technologies, cannot presently be used to specifically identify you. The Services may use such information to track, for example, the total number of visitors to our Site and the number of visitors to each page of our Site. It is important to note that no Personal Data is available or used in this process.

Consent: Text message consent is not a condition of any purchase. We offer two separate consent options.

By checking the transactional consent box, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Car Wash 2GO II LLC including appointment confirmations, service reminders, and review requests.

By checking the marketing consent box, you separately agree to receive occasional marketing and promotional messages from Car Wash 2GO II LLC, including special offers, discounts, and promotional updates.

Checking one box does not enroll you in the other, and you may check either, both, or neither.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your engagement with our services and any promotions we may run.

Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.

Opt-Out: You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you opt out, you will receive a confirmation message and will not receive further marketing text messages. You may still receive transactional messages, such as appointment confirmations, if you have an active service scheduled.

No Sharing of Mobile Information: Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors that support our services, such as customer service platforms or messaging providers, is permitted only as necessary to deliver the messages you have consented to receive. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services.

Age Restriction: You must be at least 18 years of age to consent to receive SMS messages from Car Wash 2GO II LLC. By checking a consent box, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older.

USE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND AUTOMATED TECHNOLOGIES

Car Wash 2GO! may use artificial intelligence (AI) and automated tools in delivering the Services, including generating responses to customer reviews, sending automated appointment reminders, and creating personalized marketing communications. Where AI is used to generate customer-facing content, we maintain reasonable oversight of the outputs.

Personal Data provided to Car Wash 2GO! is not sold or licensed to third parties for the purpose of training AI models. AI-generated communications are intended to enhance customer experience and are not used to make significant automated decisions that legally or similarly affect you.

OTHER USES OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

As part of our Services, Car Wash 2GO! may use Personal Data collected through the Service to contact you in the future about services we believe will be of interest. OUR DISCLOSURE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Car Wash 2GO! does not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise disclose your Personal Data to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration. We consider this information to be a vital part of our relationship with you and treat it accordingly. There are, however, limited circumstances in which we may share your Personal Data, as follows:

Service Providers: Car Wash 2GO!, like many businesses, sometimes hires other companies to perform certain business-related functions. Examples of such functions include maintaining databases, processing payments, and delivering messages you have requested. When we employ another entity to perform a function of this nature, we only provide them with the information that they need to perform their specific function, and they are not permitted to use it for any other purpose.

Business Transfers: In the event of a corporate sale, merger, reorganization, dissolution or similar event, Personal Data may be part of the transferred assets, except that mobile phone numbers and SMS consent data will require re-authorization from consumers under the new ownership.

YOUR CHOICES

You can visit the Site without providing any Personal Data. If you choose not to provide any Personal Data, you may not be able to use certain Services.

CHILDREN

Car Wash 2GO! does not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, please do not submit any Personal Data through the Services. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 13 has provided Personal Data to Car Wash 2GO! through the Services, please contact us, and we will endeavor to delete that information from our databases.

You must be at least 18 years of age to consent to receive SMS text messages from us.

You may not use the Services: a) in connection with any product, service, or advertisement directed towards children or b) to collect any Personal Data of children.

LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES

This Privacy Policy applies only to the Services. The Services may contain links to other web sites not operated or controlled by Car Wash 2GO! (the “Third Party Sites”). The policies and procedures we described here do not apply to the Third Party Sites. The links from the Services do not imply that Car Wash 2GO! endorses or has reviewed the Third Party Sites. We suggest contacting those sites directly for information on their privacy policies.

SECURITY

Car Wash 2GO! takes reasonable steps to protect the Personal Data provided via the Services from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no Internet or email transmission is ever fully secure or error free. In particular, email sent to or from the Services may not be secure.
