What type of payment does Car Wash 2go accepts for services?

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and eGift cards.

What is Car Wash 2go weather policy?

In the event of inclement weather, we may continue services in a covered area such as a garage or carport. In the case that there is no covered area provided, no worries we can simply reschedule your appointment!

What about personal items in the car?

Please remove all valuable items from your car such as cell phones, computers, sunglasses, cash, etc.

Can I request a specific technician?

We operate as a first-come, first-serve system to provide all customers quality services so we cannot accept requests for a specific technician.

Can I tip the technician for work performed?

Yes. Tips are very much appreciated but are not required for services.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

You can cancel your appointment up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled time.  Failing to cancel an appointment before 24 hours will result in a $50 fee which must be paid prior to booking another appointment.

What is your policy about vehicle damage?

If there is damage to your vehicle by our technician during your service, we will take take care of it.  However, we cannot take responsibility for any maintenance issue present in your vehicle prior to service, such as jammed windows, cracked windshields.

What service you do not warranty?

We do not warranty engine cleaning. This devices uses high pressure water, steam, and degreasing chemicals that can uncover pre-existing electrical issues.

What is the estimated arrival time?

Appointment times are booking windows, not an exact time. Arrival times may vary up to an hour before or after an estimated time scheduled. While we schedule for travel time, we can’t control traffic conditions, and earlier customer job appointments may take more time or less time than scheduled.

What is your service guarantee policy?

If you are disappointed with your service, we want to right make it immediately. Call us within 24 hours after service to schedule an our team to return and complete the job to your satisfaction.  All service guarantee appointments must be be scheduled with 7 days of service.
