What is the difference between a Sedan and Non-Sedan?

Sedan: 4 doors or less and up to 2 rows of seats with a separated enclosed trunk.
Examples: sedans, coupes, and convertibles

Non-Sedan: 4 doors or more and 2 rows of seats or more with an open trunk area or rear hatch.
Examples: minivans, pickups, crossovers, station wagon,and SUVs.

What type of payment does Car Wash 2go accepts for services?

Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express, and eGift cards. All payments are made
through Square.

What is Car Wash 2go weather policy?

In the event of inclement weather, we may continue services in a covered area such as garages
or car port. In the case there is no covered area provided, no worries we can simply reschedule
your appointment!

How do a cancel an appointment?

Once an appointment has been confirmed, you can cancel at no charge up to 24 hours.

What about personal items in the car?

Please remove all valuable items from car such cell phone, computers, sunglasses, cash, and etc.

Can I request a specific technician?

We operate as a first come, first service system to provide all customers quality services so we
cannot accept requests for a specific technician.

Can I tip the technician for work performed?

Yes. Tips are very much appreciated, but are not required for services.

What is I am not satisfied with my service?

Call us within 24 hours and lets us make it right. No questions ask!

What is your policy about vehicle damages?

We cannot take responsibility for any maintenance issues present before your appointment.
