1.How do I schedule a wash?
You can make appointment online at mycarwash2go.com, face book, or call 205-774-4030.  Once you have made an appointment you will receive an email or text that your appointment has been approved or declined. You will be ask to place a $25 dollar deposit on all services.  Technicians will arrive at scheduled time plus or minus 30 minutes

2. What type of payment does Car Wash 2GO accepts?
Car Wash 2go accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.  We are a cashless business.  All payments are through a secured trusted third party (Square) or (Stripe).

3.Cancellation fee?
There is a $25 cancellation fee for all services that are not cancelled within 24hrs. 

4. Can I Tip?
Tipping is appreciated but not required. 

5. What products does Car Wash 2GO use?
We use professional chemicals made to clean and restore the interior and exterior of your vehicle.

6.What type of background check do you perform?
We background check our technician for history of violent crimes, theft, and safe driving record.  Car Wash 2go put everyone's safety and security first.

7. Are you insured?
Yes.  Our technician will check for damages to the vehicle prior to service and note any scratches, dents, and etc. We do not warrant plastic trim, electronics, etc. that are outside of manufacturers warranty.

8.  What if I am not satisfied with service?
 Please call or email support@mycarwash2go.com 

9. What about personal items in the car?
We ask that you remove all valuable items such as cellphone, computers, sunglasses, cash, etc.
If items are left in vehicle it is at the technician discretion to bag the items and set aside or leave in vehicle where they were found.
